Do you offer LIVE ARRIVAL

In short YES but there are a few criteria which must be met.
1 You must not miss the first delivery attempt
2 We must be made aware within 12 hours of delivery.
3 A clear photo/video of the Mantis must be shown in original packaging

4. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, if a parcel is lost or arrives DOA due to incorrect information being given we cannot take responsibility.

5.If you are using a forwarding address we cannot and will not take any responsibility of the package as we have no control over it.  

All live orders will be sent out via Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day before 1pm. 

Postage days are Monday - Thursdays. We do not post live insects on Fridays unless specifically arranged with us to do so.

We cannot guarantee all orders will be dispatched on the same day as ordering but we will try our best to do so. If not it will be dispatched will be dispatched the next working day.

Current covid regulations and the covid pandemic as a whole is causing some issues with Royal Mail delivery service recently with some sorting centers operating at reduced staffing levels. We have had a few special deliveries take longer than the guaranteed next day before 1pm, if this was to happen it is out of our control so please be patient and your alive on arrival will still apply.
